Retaining walls higher than 1.20 m are to be designed by an engineer. Walls that are on sloping ground or have driveways above them may require engineer design regardless of height.
We provide geotechnical services to investigate the ground in the area of a retaining wall to provide recommendations for the design of a new retaining wall or checking the stability of an existing wall. DCI can also provide a complete retaining wall design based on the findings of our geotechnical investigation.
